All designs on our Signature Series cases are printed directly into the polycarbonate (plastic) outer shell of the case. Designs that appear to feature metallic finishes, glitter, fabric, wood, tortoise shell, marble, gemstones, or other specialty materials are printed visual effects only. No actual specialty materials are incorporated into the case, resulting in a smooth, waterproof, peel-proof finish with no added texture.

When choosing between a glossy or matte finish, it often comes down to personal preference. Each finish has its own unique look and benefits based on the way it reflects and diffuses light.

Glossy finishes are best for:

• A vibrant, eye-catching appearance
• Richer color and enhanced depth

Matte finishes are best for:

• A softer, more understated look
• Helping to minimize the appearance of fingerprints, smudges, and minor scratches

Please note: Our Signature Series cases may require slightly more effort to install and remove than our Classic Series cases due to their slightly thicker, more rigid construction. A snug, secure fit is normal and helps provide the best protection for your device.

Clean with damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.

This product is made to order specifically for you. Orders are typically ready to ship within 4–5 business days, though please allow up to 7 business days during periods of high demand.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds for non-defective items.
