Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
At Faunara Co., many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds for non-defective products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as orders are sent to production shortly after checkout to ensure the fastest possible processing and delivery times.
Please carefully review your order details, including your shipping address, phone model, product options, and quantity before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, clear photo documentation of the product and issue will be required. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.
Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional photos or information may be requested.
We Are Unable to Offer Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, or Replacements For
- Buyer’s remorse or simply deciding you no longer want the item.
- Ordering the wrong phone model, product option, size, quantity, or design.
- Entering an incorrect shipping address or recipient name.
- Packages returned due to incomplete addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, refused deliveries, or failure to collect a package from the carrier.
- Packages delayed due to weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Packages reported lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or yellowing of clear phone cases over time.
- Damage caused by dropping, misuse, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow product care instructions.
- Minor variations in print placement, color, texture, or appearance that are inherent to the printing process.
- Differences in color caused by monitor settings, screen brightness, display technology, lighting conditions, or individual color perception.
- Variations in how colors appear across different products, materials, or finish types.
- Variations in logo style, logo placement, or branding details.
- Updated or remastered versions of designs that differ from previous purchases.
- Allergic reactions, sensitivities, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
- MagSafe Compatibility: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for MagSafe compatibility or wireless charging performance. Charging compatibility, charging speed, and magnetic performance may vary depending on your phone model, charger, and accessories. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order.
Product Appearance
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photos, mockups, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur between the online images and the final printed product.
Colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, screen brightness, display technology, lighting conditions, and individual perception. In addition, the size and placement of the design may vary slightly between phone models due to differences in device dimensions and camera layouts. These natural variations are expected, do not affect the quality or functionality of the product, and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Additionally, all artwork on our Signature Series and Classic Series phone cases is printed onto the polycarbonate outer shell. Designs that appear to feature materials such as glitter, metallic finishes, wood, fabric, tortoise shell, marble, gemstones, or other specialty materials are printed visual effects only. No actual specialty materials are incorporated into the product unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments and at different times. Some items may be produced and fulfilled by different facilities, resulting in separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.
If your order contains multiple items and only part of the order has arrived, please allow additional time for the remaining shipment(s) to arrive before contacting us.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information has stopped updating for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost in transit, we recommend contacting your local carrier office directly, as they are often able to provide the most up-to-date information and assistance.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, reception desks, or other individuals who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. Customers should also contact the shipping carrier directly, as carriers may have additional delivery details available.
USPS customers may submit a Missing Mail Search request using the USPS Missing Mail Search page.
While we are unable to guarantee carrier-delivered packages once they have been marked as delivered, we are always happy to assist customers in locating shipment information whenever possible. If you need additional assistance, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item due to our error, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item received
We will review the information and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Product Received
A clear photo of the item received showing the product and any identifying details.
Product Quality Concerns
Clear photos showing the product, design, and the specific issue being reported.
Shipping Damage
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases due to promotions, discounts, coupon codes, sales events, or future pricing changes.

Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, your order will first go through a production process before it is shipped.
Production times vary depending on the product ordered, order volume, stock availability, payment processing, and other factors. The estimates below are provided as general guidelines only.
Please note that production and shipping timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by production, shipping carriers, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Why Made-to-Order?
Our made-to-order process helps reduce waste by producing products only when they are purchased, rather than creating excess inventory that may ultimately be discarded.
This approach is generally more sustainable, helps minimize unnecessary waste, and allows us to focus on producing high-quality products while using minimal packaging whenever possible.

Estimated Production Time
Signature Series Products
Typically ready to ship within 4–5 business days (please allow up to 7 business days during periods of high demand).
Classic Series Products
Typically ready to ship within 3-4 business days (please allow up to 7 business days during periods of high demand).
Our production times may vary during holidays, sales events, peak shopping seasons, or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard Shipping - Signature Series Products
2–5 Business Days*
*This estimate applies to the contiguous United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping may require an additional 7–12 business days.
Economy/Standard Shipping - Classic Series Products
8-14 Business Days to the US (many orders arrive sooner)
Shipping times for made-to-order items begin after production has been completed and your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates at Checkout
The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes both production time and shipping time. Since each item is made to order, the estimated delivery window reflects the total time needed to create, prepare, and deliver your order.
For example, a checkout estimate of 6–11 business days may include both the estimated production time and estimated shipping time listed above.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing after a shipping label has been created.
Multiple Shipments

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. Faunara Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be successfully verified.
