Orders
Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds for non-defective items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you.
If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved much more quickly by contacting us directly, and we’re always happy to help when possible.

We don't offer any customization options, however we do take customer product suggestions strongly into account for new designs, such as requesting one of our designs in a different color, or design themes/ideas you'd love to see! If we get a lot of requests for something we do our best to make it. Product suggestions can be submitted via our contact form.
We aren't able to include gift messages with our made to order items at this time unfortunately.

We ship from various locations within the United States and Europe.
Not at this time unfortunately. Currently we are only able to ship orders to the United States, but we may expand to international shipping in the future.

No. Authentic original FAUNARA designs are exclusively sold on the offical FAUNARA website, Faunara.com
If our original designs are found on any other website or store, they are counterfeit and will be of low quality. If you find our designs on any other websites or stores, please report them to us so we can protect others from getting scammed.
