We ship from various locations within the United States and Europe.
Our products are made to order. Most phone cases are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, your order is most likely still in production. Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
“Label Created” means your shipping label has been generated and your package is being prepared for the carrier. Tracking updates typically begin once the carrier scans the package into their network. Tracking usually updates within 1–3 business days.
After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes about 2–5 business days for the contiguous United States.
It’s normal for tracking to pause while your package is in transit between sorting facilities. Tracking usually resumes when the next scan occurs.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Some products are produced at different facilities, so they can be packaged and shipped independently, and may arrive at different times. If this happens, you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment as it becomes available.
Please allow up to 24 hours after the delivery scan, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive. We also recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your shipping address if your order has not yet entered production. Once production begins or your order has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
